Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our QC director, Mr. Zhang, has been with our company for over eight years. He is very experienced in testing, and his team is very responsible for quality assurance in every circle.
Quality Control Procedures
For raw materials, we have an IQC for inspection. We also have two QC for every production line during production, and we have an IPQC checking the whole plant randomly, and before shipment, we have our OQC and its report.

Procedures and Practices
For hardware, we draw the PCB layout and send it to the PCB supplier for sampling, then verify the PCB to ensure it's well compatible with the casing. For firmware, we test it with all our standard test items and provide feedback on the bugs to the design house for fixing. The final step is sending the finalized firmware to our customers for approval.

Factory OEM/ODM Capabilities
90% production capacity is for OEM/ODM. We can implement the ID designs internally. If the customer has a new ID design, we can manage it. Normally it takes three weeks for T1 and another week for MP. We can lay out the PCB with different chipsets/solutions. We can customize the user Interface for firmware.
